Alexander Wilhelm is Managing Partner of InterSearch Executive Consultants, based in the Frankfurt office.
He started his career in executive search in 2001 and worked for an international executive search company. Prior to that, he spent ten years with a nationally active executive search firm, the last five of which as Managing Partner and member of the Executive Board.
Alexander Wilhelm primarily advises national and international companies from industry – in particular from the automotive, chemical, plastics, energy and mechanical engineering sectors as well as the public sector. His core competencies include executive search, executive coaching and corporate succession. As a consultant and industry expert, Mr. Wilhelm has many years of contacts and experience in the search for executives for renowned, nationally and internationally positioned family-owned and medium-sized companies as well as corporations.
Before joining the executive search firm, he was a key account manager at an automotive 1st tier responsible for one of the leading global automotive groups. Before that he worked in the technical sales team of GE Plastics (General Electric).
Alexander Wilhelm’s honorary activities include membership of a leading German business association and social commitment in the Frankfurt region.
