We call this Executive Mentoring.

1. This is what you can expect from us in the course of an Executive Search project

At InterSearch, we expect to provide comprehensive attention to candidates throughout the entire Executive Search process, including an On-Boarding support after a successful placement. Within each project, we encourage a climate of mutual respect for a long-term, trusted relationship.

Our candidates receive honest feedback even when a search does not end in their placement in the target position. We believe that constructive criticism makes it easier to plan next steps effectively.
