The fact that we always do more than usual is also reflected in the way we deal with our candidates. What counts for us is not to present as many candidates as possible to companies with interesting vacancies. Instead, we see ourselves as “genuine” recruitment consultants who explicitly take into account the requirements and wishes of both sides – those of the company as well as those of the candidate. Quality is more important than quantity.

And of course this applies not only if you place your trust in us as a candidate in one of our search processes or a suitability diagnostic procedure, but also if you approach us on your own initiative or would like neutral support if you are faced with the situation of an exit justified by the company. We call this executive mentoring.

InterSearch Executive Consultants aims to provide candidates with holistic support throughout the entire executive search process, right through to onboarding at the future company. In doing so, we treat our candidates with appreciation – for a lasting relationship of trust within the scope of the mandate.

Our candidates receive honest feedback even if the mandate is not compatible. Because constructive criticism allows us to plan the next steps more effectively.

The idea of outplacement taken a step further.
