Our partnership was founded in the UK in 1989 by a group of independent HR consultancies from Sweden, France, the USA, the UK and Germany. Our goal, then and now, is to offer executive search globally, across national borders in the most important regions of the world. We don´t just hand a search over to a local office, we remain active on your behalf as a global team.

InterSearch is currently represented by over 90 offices in more than 50 countries. Our international partners are all medium sized, owner-managed companies with over 20 years of experience in executive search. The addition of new members is subject to a long and rigorous selection process in order to ensure that the high standards of our clients can be met anywhere in the world.
